I made a payment to CentrioHost for a domain and hosting. They took my money but never delivered the domain or server. Absolutely nothing was provided.

I tried contacting their support multiple times via tickets and email. It's been over half a year now — no replies, no explanations, no resolution. They completely ignore me.

They also refuse to refund my money. I have asked for a refund but got zero response.

This company behaves like a scam. If you pay them, you will likely lose your money and receive nothing in return. Stay away from CentrioHost.

I recommended to a friend for his company yet setup delay for 1 week, many email unable to receive and not resolving, support don't even help. very disappointed, spend so much money ended cannot be use properly.

They are thieves, you buy from them
They stop responding immediately you are done with payments.
I bought a plan from them almost 2 months back I. Recently i noticed the performance of my website kept dropping and i decide to change the nameservers but till date, they haven’t responded to my tickets and emails after countless attempts. They hqve done that to many people in the past and are still doing it till now. Its a well organized scam. I wish some powerful enough to take action upon them see my review and do it.

I purchased the WP-SEO Blogger service that included hosting for 5 domains. After a while, the domains started experiencing SSL issues. I contacted support multiple times but never received a response. Eventually, all domains stopped working completely, and I was blocked from creating new ones. To my disbelief, they demanded I purchase a new service just to restore basic functionality.

This operation feels like an outright scam. As a result, I've moved my entire client portfolio to a different service provider. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

this is a scam service, their support is rude, don't believe any single word on this site, its all cheating. i have paid for cpanel with VPS then they requested to pay extra after i finish the first payment, and they refused to refund "ITS CLEAR ON THEIR WESITE THAT THEY HAVE 30 DAYS MONEY BACK", you cant access any thing from their dashboard not even changing a letter, i asked them to install ubuntu so i can use this server with any way, and it never worked even from butty and other remote softwares. BE AWARE
