Help With Cancelling Subscription
I would love it if you can help me out. Reviews say you are really responsive. I have made a free day subscription and have been charged 29.99 as a check card fees. However, I am not able to log in to the CentroBill website with my registered email to cancel the charge from going through. Will really appreciate it if you can cancel this subscription for me and ensure that the charge isn't sent through.

I keep trying to contact them about them charging me 4 different times when my subscription actually never went through. One: I just wanted to try it and didn’t work. I don’t want it.
Two: I want my refund for the 4 times they charged me for 34 dollars.

They are a fraud site . Their Influencers take money and don't do anything. I subscribed to Sophie Dee and I wasn't added back. And when I tried to contact bthem they said they only handle payments and they won't do anything. Don't put your money to waste.

I’ve had incorrect payment issues and fancentro was able to fix the problem instantly. They replied quickly to my concerns and I was very pleased with their professionalism. Will gladly continue doing business wit them.

I’m unable to login into centrobill.com website to cancel my free trial subscription there. It keeps prompting error that email id not correct and that I should login from email used for purchase, which is not true, it is the email I registered and got confirmation from fancentro website through email, i have send them Screenshots also. I’ve mailed them couple of time but they have not responded. Waiting for email responce from them.

If only they are as responsive on emails as on trustpilot, Non of above misunderstanding took place. I’ve got refunded my payment successfully.

i tried many times to cancel the subscription but it doesnt show me the clear option to cancel it! it tells me that when the subscription says "expires in" or "expired in" then it automatically cancels it at that date but it keeps automatically renewing it which makes it somehow unpossible for me to cancel! can you please fix it? if you can fix it without any complication i change the rating so please help me

Is there any way I make sure I canceled my membership so I won't be charged. And please remove my personal/card information? Please and thank you. I don't want things to get out of hand. One more thing I want a refund of $20 for bad service. It gave me a option to refund. If I refund it said I'll be block and unable to purchase anything. I'm fine by that. I just want my money back, membership to be canceled and remove my personal card information. Is there a guaranteed I won't be charge after my expired date from my cancellation. Can you check to see if my personal card information is deleted please? But you haven't answer my question can you make sure my card information is deleted please? Yes they were both on may 31 and it said it will take several days to transfer the $20 because of the time zone and the banks to get back I believe. Refund for 5 charges!
Hello,
I tried calling and cancelling a couple months ago and even had WF stop transfers but I continued to be charged and 5 new chargers just popped up, each of 29.99! Can i get assistance with a refund for these 5 chargers? this was fraudulent and should have been taken care of months ago.

The service that I got was terrible so I decided to unsubscribe to it. This service made it impossible. I hated it. Tried so many times to cancel and it’s like it wouldn’t load. Now they charged my card for $29.99. I want a refund.

Impossible to cancel a recurring…
Impossible to cancel a recurring subscription which was cancelled immediately. So far charged a total of £179.95. I am unable to contact the company. The website will not allow a response, it just keeps sending a login link which then takes you back to the login screen but no further.

No notification for payments
You wont receive notifications when the payment goes through.
I unsubscribed from a payment 4 months ago. I did not realize it was a double subscription and since I didn't receive a payment notification, I had no idea I was losing 20 dollars every month for the last 3 months. Very unreliable, I recommend check your bank to see if you have any extra payments with the company. If there is cancel right away.
ps. they don't always reply when you ask them directly.

I was honestly worried about using Centrobill because of the bad reviews others have given them. I requested a refund from them due to my purchase not working out and I was at one point fairly sure I wasn't gonna get my money back. But I'm very pleased to say I got my refund. Centrobill said I would and I did. When I asked for a refund I got an immediate response saying it will be returned to my card. And I got it 3 days later. Their site is easy to use, everything works and the charges go through without issue. Also I send several messages and they replied to all of them everyday. The only complaint I have is that the their responses all felt rather generic. Like they were reading from a script and personally didn't find it extremely reassuring. Other than that is was good service, I got my money back. Wasn't charged again, well I haven't been charged again and they said I wouldn't and currently I trust Centrobill and in my opinion everybody should give them a try at least once.
