Example how a sellers should behave
Basically, from the moment we chose the house to the moment we signed the deed, it all went (from this part) very smoothly.
We were assisted in all questions, members of this kantoor were very helpful and they even extended their curtesy by translating documents to foreign language (not only official languages of Belgium).
When asked to check something, they checked it immediately and we were informed about results that or the following day (and this, for Belgium, is FAST!)
All members were very nice, polite and, as I said, helpful.
This part of buying our property was VERY nice.
