Are you looking for or selling a house or apartment by the sea in Belgium, then definitely call on Christophe Dekock, who has Century 21 offices along the entire Belgian coast (Nieuwpoort, Westende, Ostend, etc.). With his team, he can advise you on real estate in all those different cities. He speaks Dutch, French and English fluently, and also has experience in the US. He is easy to reach by phone, text, or email, always available, friendly, and always resourceful. There are not many real estate agents who are so personally committed to their clients. He sold 2 apartments for us. 100% top.

Basically, from the moment we chose the house to the moment we signed the deed, it all went (from this part) very smoothly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, communication was lacking and we had to ask for a lot of things that were unclear to us rather than them being supplied to us from the get-go. Since facilitating this process is literally their core business I expected a more professional approach. Lastly we hade quite some problems with documents and errors which led to a lot of mails back and forth.
