I did not receive my package, according to their post Office it was returned back to the sender. So right next day I wrote email, where was my address written again and wanted to know how to proceed, but I did not hear of them till then. No one is answering my emais.

Update: They did refund my money now. It's been a year tho, but they reacted in the end after a couple of e-mails. Also offered me to send the products so...

very fast response and sending of the package, I haven't received it yet but the time is within the specified time frame, tracking of the shipment is enabled, when the package arrives I can express my complete opinion, for now everything is ok

Great customer support.

In one of my orders the address didn't have the house number and the shipment was delivered back to Netherlands. I contacted them and they promised to send tha package again with no extra cost and even gave me a little discount to order something extra for the same delivery.

I higly recommend Cerebra for their excellent customer support.

Scammers!!! I still don't believe why people will accept to be paid or for whatever reason review such a company.
Beside their returns policy which is horrible the magnesium supplement I tried from this brand is trash, please don't waste your money.

They don't offer any returns or refunds, if you order something wrong - you'll have to stick with it...

UPDATE: They have reached out and sent the correct order free of charge even though it was completely my fault when ordering. Great redemption!

Disgusting service, I sent them bank transfer 1 week ago and no one answer to my emails, also the site is down, feel like I got scammed, no one should work with this guys.

Made an order sept 19th, received confirmation email sept 27th followed 30 min later by an email stating my order was refunded. I received no refund. Not sure if my order is still being processed or I'm out of luck.

From other reviews it seems the company has issues with communication systems and it takes a lot of time, but makes it right in the end. So I'm hopeful my order will be resolved at some point.

Update 10/24/22:
Still no communication and their website is down. It has now been 5 weeks since placing my order. No refund or package has been received.

AVOID THESE ARE SCAMMERS! Ordered something and my ordered was cancelled because they "Didn't ship to the UK". Never received my money back....Send them several messages but had no response.

I had placed an order many weeks back. Due to some error my order was sent back by the postal service. More than 2 weeks back the customer care told me that they will send the order again. Since then I tried to get in touch with them several times but no response. Horrible service. Not sure if I will get my money back.

Edit: They contacted me after they saw the review. My package was shipped out soon after that. Haven't tried the product yet but the response was nice. Hence I have updated the rating

First time ordering from them. I made the order on 08/09. I paid for UPS tracked shipping (15 euros to my country, Greece) and they sent my order with regular PostNL. Last notice by PostNL says the "shipment has been sorted on 10/09". Since then no further updates and the package is nowhere to be found. Like literally NOWHERE.

I have sent 2 mails to Cerebra Nootropics inquiring if they could learn any further info about the package. I also asked them why they shipped the package with PostNL instead of UPS - a service I paid for extra. I have also contacted them on their facebook page. No replies at all, this is very frustrating.

Edit: After waiting a few days, they finally replied to me. They stated that they had put a notice on their website about not shipping with UPS at the moment. They also offered a generous credit of 15 euros for my next purchase from them. So, the main complaint after all has to do with them being late to reply in the mail.

Since only the email traffic from my host was filtered out and I have not received any emails, I must update my review here again and increase to 4 stars.
Since my review was responded to very quickly and a separate email was written for me, with all the information about the delivery, I am very satisfied with the service.
My package also arrived today, it took more than 1 week, but this is not the fault of the company but the delivering one.
5 stars there will be as soon as the email problems are fixed.
It will not be the last time I order and will update the review accordingly.

Cerebra Nootropics are selling FAKE Phenylpiracetam Hydrazide!

I cannot complete a purchase. The amount has already been transferred (224 euros) and it has been about 2 weeks since I received any response, either via email or the contact area of ​​the website itself.
