Disappointing Experience and No Refund Policy
I used Cerebral for just one day, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My consultation with the provider lasted barely five minutes, during which I was told that the support I needed would require medication they could not prescribe. Despite this, Cerebral refused to offer a refund, even though I had only used the service for a single day and received no meaningful help. It felt like a waste of time and money. I would caution others to be aware of their rigid refund policy before signing up.

So happy I found Cerebral
I had tried other online mental health services in the past with mixed results, and decided to try cerebral after not finding the right match on the previous service I used. I've been so happy with the therapist I got matched with on cerebral. She's kind, really listens, and has been very helpful with helping me with my anxiety and ADD. There's no subscription fee, and you just pay per visit, which I really prefer as my schedule can vary.
I felt like the profiles for the therapists were very helpful in choosing someone, and also like the app design for keeping track of my progress.

I've been with cerebral for 5 years and they saved me when I had some of the worst depression I ever had in my life. They work really well with my insurance and I have no regrets working with them.
