Excellent service during the holiday season! The entire process went very smoothly: from registration to repair.
Our Samsung washing machine was broken; the spin cycle (centrifugeren) was constantly blocked. It was easy to report this through the Coolblue website. A day later, we received a call for an appointment, which could take place within five business days. We requested it a bit later due to family gatherings. The confirmation email was clear and explained the expectations and the process. A day before, we received confirmation that the repairman would arrive between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The same day, we received a call to say he was on his way and would be there within fifteen minutes, as previously stated in the confirmation email. The repairman was super friendly and spoke Dutch (which is a bonus in the Brussels area...). He performed a few checks and ultimately repaired our washing machine with a spare part. He then conducted a test with us, and everything worked again. The whole reparation took less than an hour. So, very satisfied with the service, even though we were a bit worried about the bad reviews here.

Peter was very kind, professional, worked safely and carefully with opening the TV and replacing the chip.
He also explained what he did and gave additional information about TVs as I'm a person who always likes to expand my knowledge.
As I'm still learning Dutch, we communicated in English, but he also had the patience to communicate in Dutch with me. (Ik moet oefenen).

I reported a broken vacuum cleaner to Samsung, filled a form there, and was told it should be sent a shipping label from CE REPAIR within 1 day.
That didn't happen. Instead CE asked for more information, most of which i had already given to Samsung. Anyhow I gave the information. Again no shipping label.
I send a message and receive an automatic response that I would get a reply within 2 days. Didn't happen.
I contact Samsung who tells me CE sent a shipping label a day before. LIE!
A day later they send an email "here is the label" but without actually sending the label.
Again support.
A day later they send the label.
I send the device.
6 days later, no update. Their system says they are still waiting for me. So I contact Samsung and they tell me that someone tried to contact me. Again lie.
They cant even tell me why someone supposebly tried to contact me or give me an update.
EDIT: They do have my correct information because they do contact me when Samsung asks them to 'resend' the emails. They just lie about contacting me most of the time.

I had a defective Samsung monitor, that I put up for warranty repair on Samsung's website, which got outsourced to CE.
From sending the information (photo's, description, receipt, etc.) to CE to getting the shipping label took maybe 2 hours, tops, and would've probably been faster if I'd already had that information ready.
I left the package at a post office on Friday afternoon, and I got the fixed monitor (they had to order a replacement panel) back 8 days later, on Saturday afternoon, in adequate packaging.
As far as I can tell, it's in perfect condition. They even left the peel on the screen for me to take off (presumably to show it really does have a new panel).

We live in a rental house and it came including a brand new Samsung family hub Fridge (and all its problems..)
Up until now we have had 5 appointments of which only 3 they showed up. Each time they tried to repair the fridge but with no success.
You would think that for the last time you would visit a customer with all possible bits that would need replacement within your van. (Customer satisfaction eh!) But no, the fridge side worked before but after this last visit that side also stopped working so i can throw away my groceries again.
I am deeply disappointed in the quality of the repairs and service, and also the way Samsung deals with their customers for a fridge that costs €2.000,-

Recently I had to deal with CE Repair services since my Samsung TV is still under 2 year guarantee and they were unfortunately appointed to take care of the repair. The process of collection and assessment started off smooth until the TV was due to be delivered back to me. The tracking website is horrible and not user friendly so by the way. On the day of delivery, back from the workshop a Samsung TV was delivered to me that on the eye looked exactly like mine. The delivery person dropped it off and left. He didnt check if it was the correct one (Perhaps also not his job). As I assembled the feet of the TV I realised that the TV delivered to me was not mine. Immediately I contacted CE Repairs (I had to Google a number since no contact number is available as part of the correspondence). After spending about 30 mins on the phone I emailed an image of the incorrect serial number to the workshop. Only not to receive any response. Once again I had to phone to check if my email was received. Several hours later I got a call to say that my TV (the correct one) can only be delivered on Monday the 13th. I told the person that it was unacceptable and that I wanted my TV by the end of the week. The person just said no it's not possible and it's not his job the fact that I'm unhappy. Why should I wait another day longer when you workshop could have checked the correct serial number against what was checked in? Secondly why do I have to be further inconvenienced by someone who didn't do their job? To anyone reading this - BE AWARE! STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Samsung microwave oven sparked. Sent in for repair to CE Repairs with proper inside packaging and an appropriate box. PostNL information says the box arrived in good condition. CE Repairs claims the product arrived with damage. I asked for pictures of the box with the label on it, pictures of the packaging and pictures of the product. I receive a picture of a smashed up oven and an absurd picture of an attempt to stuff the box into a box (without inside packaging) that it clearly doesn't fit into. Of course no readable label on the pictures. This is not how I sent it at all. They broke my oven, made fraudulant pictures trying to blame the damage on me and tried to bill me 300 euros for the repairs.

Our machine worked for 3 months and now failed again. Their technicians tried repairing it for 6 times. They treat their clients time as worthless. Avoid!
My TV went for repair with this company, after Samsung directed us to them. It took more than 1 month to repair, with a deadline of 2 weeks. After that, they simply left my TV at the door of my house, without getting any signature from the person who opened the building door for them, and my TV was STOLEN. We called and they have the worst customer service ever, the most ignorant person I could hear. They claimed that my fiancé allowed it, but what was said was that they could try to leave it with a neighbor, and not at my door. What is strange? I've lived in the same building for years, this has never happened, and my fiancé arrived after 10 minutes. How does a company leave a TV on someone's door without at least getting a signature for security? we are talking about a tv and not a food delivery. They took a photo of the TV at my door, which doesn't mean anything, anyone can take a photo and get the TV again. We would never know.
I definitely do not recommend this company. Unless you want to be robbed and take the blame for it.
