Cergus prime are supposed to care for my mother in law.
Every day they are late and that's when they actually turn up! They're in and out in nowhere near the half an hour they're supposed to be there!
On one day they're supposed to be an hour on time, but because they turn up so late they end up avoiding helping with washing. All they do is play dumb like they can't understand English? Not good in the slightest!!
