While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I ordered a part and paid au$ 193. On the 11th November 2025....no part has ever been delivered and after multiple emails enquiring about delivery or a refund I've received neither.
Seriously unbelievable! The people need to be exposed as scammers.
Unbelievably disappointed.

Ordered a part advertised by them for my Avensis on 8th December (£133). Because I need it urgently, so far I have emailed them 7 times asking for an update on whether they can actually source it and if not, to refund me. Absolutely no response. I don't know if it's a scam, but the lack of any comms. obviously leads to suspicion.
I did find a link to a contact form, which promised a response within 24 hrs. Nothing.
So just beware, there are reviews on Google from people sharing the same experience.
Just an update. In the end I informed Cerol Auto's payment provider - Shopify, the Japanese Anti Fraud Organisation and my bank, Barclays. Even though I made the purchase by debit card rather than credit card, Barclays gave me an immediate temporary refund whilst they approached Cerol Auto. Tbh I didn't think they would pursue it, but they did and a couple of days ago wrote informing me they had successfully recovered the money from Cerol.
Even up to that point, I had no communication from Cerol whatsoever. So I would advise steering well clear.
