The order 20156S51385 has been being delivered for 2 months. It is impossible. The parcel was lost. It is not tracked on delivery company. But the company does not refund and offer to wait))). The bracelet was ordered as a present and not it is not actual anymore.

This company sent me the wrong product, in this case reading glasses and refuses to refund my money. On contacting them they refused to give me their complaints policy and refused me the opportunity to take the matter further with a manager. Avoid.

I bought 2 pair of earing that looked good on website but the came faulty. Now the company does not want to give me a refund but compensate me 3 dollars for $35.56USD products. They are good at replying to your email but will not admit to faulty earing and will not send me a prepaid postage for bad quality goods to return the product or refud the money.
