Richard was able to come out and fix our boiler on the same day we called, which, when you’ve got a young family, was so appreciated. He was friendly, professional and got us back up and running quickly. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Michael the Certas engineer called today to replace a part on the oil boiler, following his annual boiler service last week. He was both friendly and professional. He carried out both visits in an efficient and effective manner. We were so pleased with the service from Certas Energy, our boiler was attended to by Jake Winter, he was fantastic coming out on a bank holiday! The service was brilliant, and had us up and running in no time! I recommend Jake and Certas Energy to anyone.
