SCAM - Non-genuine battery
I bought a refurbished Iphone but payed for a new genuine (as they say) battery.
The iPhone says the battery is not genuine and because of that doesn't let me check its capacity.
I don't know what kind of battery I have on my phone, I just know that is doesn't last more than 3/4 hours.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry about the situation, just to clarify it's not a scam it's completely legal and the components we install in our phones are CE approved and work fine just like the apple products.
Unfortunately we do not have any information on you order, could you please send me an email at federico@certideal.com so I can take a look at your file?
Look forward to hearing from you
Best regards
Federico

Not happy at all
I recently bought an iPhone SE 2020 that I never received. I'm not sure if I will ever get it, even though the website said it would arrive within 6 days. It's been over 10 days since I purchased it on January 6th and I'm really disappointed. It's been an extremely frustrating experience and I'm really sad that this has happened. I'm a tech influencer and I will not place myself in a negative light if I realize that I'm referring to you. If I don't get it soon, I'm going to make sure to post a video review on YouTube so everyone can see how terrible this company is. Not happy at all.
