Hi,
I was asked by a friend to do this IQ test. And so I did, and all they said was do the test and you’ll pay £0.50 to get your results. Yeah, what they don’t tell you is that after 2 days (48 hours), they’ll charge you £39.90. DO NOT DO THIS IQ TEST. THEY ARE SLY AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO THEIR WEBSITE.
I have contacted them for a refund, and they say they will NOT be giving me one. I am truly upset, and I feel like I have been cheated and scammed.
After having spoken to their customer service, I would really just like the money refunded. Their customer service was poor and they have escalated it to their billing department. I will be contacting my bank.
I’ll be waiting for any update

Beware beware beware of hidden subscription fees. Did a test thinking oh it's 50p, few days later nearly £40 taken out of my account. No email, no warning. Tried calling their 'customer service' number, just ringing out. Is this a Scam? I shall be contacting my bank or attempting to get refunded for something which I didn't sign up for!

Googled for a quick iq test just as a competitive laugh between mates. Came to the end to see a charge for 50p, thought that was plenty acceptable, only to then be charged £39.90 48 hours later.
Emailed asking for a refund as I’d not been made aware of this subscription, only to be told that they’re unable to give me a refund, as the subscription service is apparently clearly stated on the website. At no point was a £40 monthly subscription mentioned throughout doing the test.
Disgusting money grabbing company. Why on earth would anyone want to pay £40 a month to do an iq test.
Should be ashamed.

Agree with others, they charge you 50p and are have just set up a regular payment to try and take 40 out. Absolute scam and you can't access the account as the passwords they send don't work. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to stop the payments

Scammers!!! Think you are paying 50p for a very basic IQ test, they then try charging you £50 per month thereafter!! Thankfully i managed to cancel the payment through my back before it had cleared. Please avoid.

This is a scam - 39.90 subscription charge
Don’t use this service - they hide a 39.90 “subscription” charge and will not refund it - I done 3 tests between me and my partner and somehow managed to subscribe 3 times. The woman on the phone would not refund me for all of them just 2/3 so I have wasted 39.90 on a scam

IQ test was fun, my daughter did it after it popped up on instagram or facebook.
We received a notification to get the certificate for 50p to which we did and received an invoice, it was not clear anywhere that this was apparently for 48hrs then we would be charged a subscription!
i tried to explain to customer services my daughter set this up she is 10 years old and said dad i have done an IQ test its 50p for the certificate can i get it, i said yes and she set it up. I received an invoice for the 50p which does not state anything about being charged £39.90 after 48 hrs.
If the invoice had done so i would have cancelled there and then.
I do not have any need for an IQ test especially for £39.90 pm
I found your colleague aggressive and rude in his response, he wouldn't see any issue and talked over me. When requesting to speak to a supervisor he said they aren't available.
If it had been clear that i would be charged after 48hrs i would never have even paid for the certificate, i am very hot on this thing usually.
I have sent an email to customer services and billing requesting a call to discuss further and request a refund however still have nothing back, no return email or call.
