How it works is deliberately simple. Upload a photo, a scan or a PDF of your document. You see the exact price before you pay: £14.95 per page, with no account to create, no minimum order and no waiting for someone to send you a quote. Multi-page documents are counted page by page and the total is shown up front. Most typed documents are delivered within minutes; anything handwritten, damaged or unusually complex is flagged before you pay and finished by manual review within 24 hours at the same price. Every order arrives as a single PDF containing the full translation, a copy of your original document, and a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy worded to meet UK Home Office and UKVI requirements, with the date, the signatory's name and title, our postal address, telephone number and email address. Each certificate also carries a Document ID and a QR code linking to a public verification page, so a caseworker, employer or registrar can confirm in seconds that we issued it and that the file has not been altered. Our translations are produced through our own translation process, which combines translation technology with multi-step verification, including an independent second reading of every name, date and reference number. Documents the system flags as difficult are reviewed by a person before delivery, and every certificate is signed by an authorised representative of the company who takes responsibility for it.
