Giles is a very skilled surveyor! I have had Giles survey a number of properties in Cheltenham and have found him to be meticulous, diligent and highly professional.

I most definitely would recommend Giles.

I just have to say Giles Cooper is the best Chartered Suryeror anyone could ever instruct.
Not only did Giles provide the most comprehensive, professional Home Buyers Survey we have ever received, just as importantly Giles always made himself available at short notice to discuss his views in a very understandable, straightforward and pragmatic manner, which was quite frankly invaluable when we were confronted with significant issues and needed professional guidance to find a way through.
More recently, we contacted Giles about a potential issue with the house involving a contractor, & yet again Giles responded immediately, has visited the property twice and provided sound constructive advice that has saved us thousands of pounds and given us peace of mind. Giles is the expert Chartered Surveyor that everyone needs on their side as his advice is second to none, and with his friendly and relaxed manner he feels like a friend.

As a late first time buyer with only a smattering of knowledge of property, Certus was highly recommended to me by the estate agent and I can say after my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

The report was discussed verbally in layman's terms, enabling me to make an informed decision on the property I was purchasing and I rather fear it would have taken a considerable amount of time to decipher the report which was lengthy and incredibly detailed.

Giles carried out a survey on a house I was buying. He called me the same day with a verbal update and promptly issued a detailed written report, including photographs which illustrated the problems well. Giles explained the issues to me clearly, so that I was well placed to address and resolve them with the sellers. Giles was very helpful throughout, and effective in describing technical matters in a way that I could understand.

From start to finish the service from Certus property was excellent. We were having difficulty gaining access to the property due to tenants and Giles went above and beyond to fit us in at short notice and give us a summary after the job was completed. As first time buyers the whole process of buying a property is a daunting one but people like Giles make it much less stressful. He sent us an example level two survey at first so we could see what sort of service would be provided. We had a great experience with this company, we initially had booked them in for a survey on a house that fell through but they were very patient while we waited to find another house. When it came to the survey they were very communicative, Amelia who did our survey was great at calling us immediately afterwards to talk us through the main points. The report came through quickly, was very thorough and Amelia took the time to answer all our questions about it so we now feel a lot more confident moving on with our house purchase. Thank you!!
