Avoid at all costs

If I could put a negative rating I would. I have been trying to get a piece of equipment calibrated since the 03/07/2025. The company took till the 25/09/2025 to organise the collection of the device, this was after constantly chasing and emails being ignored. I have now had notification the device will no longer be maintained by the company. Which will now be going to another provider. This has further delayed the maintenance of the equipment we use to maintain critical medical equipment. I would avoid this company at all costs, they clearly can't handle the work they say they can do.

It is great to be able to go to just…

It is great to be able to go to just one company to get our equipment serviced. The Certus Biomedical team have been unfailingly helpful and responsive. We're very pleased with the service we've received so far.
