Borrower Beware!!! Monthly and Annual Fees

After being a cardholder for more than 4 years, they are assessing not only a $9 monthly maintenance fee, but also $150 annual fees for a card that has a $0 balance and every payment has been made on time. Per the company, the only options are to pay the fees or close the card. Looks like I will be terminating my account with this company.
