I paid today before 5 o'clock for on the due date, my payment was due. I really don't think it's right that I had to pay $5.95 to make the same-day payment when I made it on the due date. I would appreciate it very much if it could be waived. Thank you, Kim Myers-burrows. The customer service agent that I spoke to spoke so fast I could hardly understand her and what I was doing. But I went along with it, unfortunately

Locked up due to lost card! Can’t exactly pay my account on time when I dont get paper bills and can’t get into your website ! So I get a late charge and a charge of $5+ for paying over the phone!!!! Bullshit customer service

The agent was very friendly and helped me out with the hardship program. I already had 3 cards registered under the program and wanted to keep this one but another company didn't offer a program and was going to charge me monthly fees even if I closed the account. I had to close this one to save on the fees. Your agents have always been very friendly. Thank you!
