Cesarias 

I have a similar experience to other reviews here. I wear a 34d bra and ordered according to the sizing chart on the cesarias website. Upon arrival, the bra seemed to fit. I removed the labels and packaging with the intention to keep. Having worn the bra for 1 day, by the end of the day, the support had sagged to the point friends were asking if I was wearing a bra at all. The bra is not fit for purpose nor functional. I wrote to the company explaining and being very honest that I had worn the bra but given the experience could I please send it back for a refund. I was given a flat no due to hygiene reasons and offered 70% off future purchases-bot too useful given the original item was not fit for purpose. I responded that I always like to give the company feedback and allow them to rectify it or at least hear the concern without publishing public damning reviews, I was sent a one-liner back “As I told you before, I cannot accept your refund request.”

In summary, poor quality product which does not do what is advertised and says on the tin, poor customer service and follow-up.

I don’t feel entitled to a full refund having opened the product but some kind of acknowledgment, gesture or maybe meet in the middle and offer 50% back would have gone some way.

SHOCKING!

Basically - their sizing guide is WRONG.
BUT! You simply can't return.

That's it. Totally in breach of statutory return rights.

Firstly the products are poor quality and the sizing charts not accurate. However, the main reason for a 1 star rating is the fact that they will not accept any refunds if the outer packaging (i.e the envelope in which the products are posted, not the actual packaging of the products) has been opened. I have never encountered a retailer who has taken this approach previously. On emailing them to request a refund it is categorically stated that this is not possible and all they offer is a 70% discount on ordering more of their awful products.
I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.
Do not buy from this company.

Bra not size as advertised, refuse to accept return and refund as I have opened shipping bag, really wish I had looked into reviews before purchasing. Total scam! Didn't realise product came from China either!

Very poor fit and sizing, bra is not supportive at all and they refuse to take returns “for hygiene reasons” which is unacceptable. They offered a 70% off voucher for another bra which I didn’t take as it could not be returned if it has been tried on. A total waste of money. Avoid this company.

Bras are not fit for purpose. Inaccurate sizing. Bought size based on their sizing chart. Poor quality. Thin flimsy straps. Absolutely zero support if you are bigger than a 32B. You buy a bra, you receive it you try it on. However if you've tried it on and it doesn't fit, of course you can't send it back and ask for a bigger size???? No refund as you tried it on. If and only if they agree to you sending it back could you get a refund, as long as they believe you haven't tried it on!! And you must pay the postage to return!!! However, you've spent £42 quid on bras that are useless to you but they'll give you a 70% discount for buying more useless bras that might not fit!! Unbelievably appalling customer service. Didn't realise this could still go on in 2023. A total scam.

Dishonest and misleading, this is a scam company. Incorrect measurements on site, ill fitting and really bad quality. They dont take returns if you open the parcel. Terrible policy and customer service. BEWARE don't fall for their hype/offers or ads.

I purchased two bras. Sizing is not accurate and quality is poor for plus sizes the fabric would not support you at all. I tried to return but as I had opened the shipping packaging I was advised I could not return them. I have paid on my credit card so I am hoping I can claim the £42 back but for now I am £42 down for totally inadequate bras from a totally ridiculous company.

Poor quality product that does not accept returns if you have opened the package. I followed the size chart and when the item arrived I tried it on and it was too small. I was unable to return or get a refund! Awful. Is this even legal?

I was wary of cesarias after I received my shipping tracking info. It was very similar to false shipping links I'd received in the past which had turned out to be a scam.

No shipping updates were updated for about a week despite receiving emails saying there were updates. This concerned me so I googled the company again and saw several sites had flagged Cesarias as a scam company that would either not provide products at all or would provide poor quality products that don't marry up to the products displayed and would not process refunds.

At this point I contacted them and asked for a refund because of my concerns. Despite me explaining these concerns they were not acknowledged in their reply.

I was told I couldn't have a refund as my order had shipped. I was told if I wanted a refund once the items were received then I could request this and exercise my legal right to withdraw. However now that I've tried to exercise this right it has been rejected.

My products arrived and no surprise, they are clearly mass produced, poor quality looking and the sizing looks way off what was described on the online sizing chart. I didn't open the package the bras were in because I knew they wouldn't fit. There's no branding on the packaging and it was shipped from China, poorly packaged and screwed up.

So I contacted them again and have now been informed that because I opened the parcel I cant have a refund. I opened the outer packaging of a parcel so I could see what was inside - how absurd! I couldn't have left it unopened because there was no branding to indicate who it was from.

Whilst it is detailed in the terms on their website that returns can't be accepted if opened, it doesn't make any sense that a customer can't open a parcels outer packaging to even check that what's been ordered is what's received or correct or fits before deciding to return, without any branding I could have ended up returning an item to the wrong company? You expect to be able to purchase a product and return it if it does not meet your standards or requirements, even if you've opened it. How else are you supposed to know if it needs returning?

I will be contacting my bank and opening a PayPal dispute. Terrible and rude customer service with no genuine desire to help, total scam. Don't be fooled by the nice website and social media ads, this does not seem to be a legitimate company. And if they are they need to rethink their customer service and policies. So disappointed that the site mentions a touching origin story but that is so far removed from what this company's ethos really is. Their values have absolutely not been followed on this occasion. There is no trust, there are poor standards and dishonesty and no respect for the customer.

Wish I had read these reviews rather than the company's fake ones before ordering. Their small print apparently states that once you open the packet and try on (and how would you know if they fit otherwise) they will not accept returns. Whoever buys bras without the opportunity to try on?! This is a costly scam. The bra offered no support and the cup was so small that I was falling out of the top. I only opened one packet but their small print says that if you even open the external postage packet you cannot return. Ridiculous - you can't even see if it is the correct item till you open the packet. Fortunately I used PayPal and took my complaint to them as "Item not as described" (because they said it would fit and it does not) and they refunded. I hope everyone else has done so. I am so happy with PayPal.

The site is not a scam as such in that you do receive the product. However the sizing is ridiculous and you are not able to return products tried on due to ‘hygiene’ concerns. I was offered a discount on purchasing another size, but I won’t be risking yet another disappointment. I do not recommend.

The order took forever to arrive. When I opened it, the bra was visibly the wrong size. No return info was included in the parcel. When checking online, I found out returns are only allowed if the package is unopened, which is ridiculous. Customer service does not respond. Based on all this, the only conclusion is that this is a scam. Avoid.

Do not buy from Cesarias. I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered bras from them. What a waste of money. Their size chart does not match real sizes and so when I received my bras, they did not fit. When I tried to return them, I couldn't find any way to do it online. After emailing them to ask for help they told me I couldn't return them because it's "intimate" clothing and once it's been worn, it's non-returnable. This is ridiculous and I've never heard of this happening with any bra returns before. How else are you meant to check the bra fits?! I just wanted to exchange them for the right sized bras.
I was denied a return and exchange and instead offered a discount off a future bra. I don't want a discount for a future bra that I'm not even sure will fit. Now I have two bras that don't fit. Complete waste of money. I will never buy from them again and I hope no one else does either. It's an absolute scam!!

If I could give it zero I would. Sizing is totally off and if you open it they won’t refund. Totally scammy.

I'm sorry to even give this company 1 star. Absolutely awful customer service. Very rude and unhelpful. Never have I heard that you cannot return an item if you open the shipping packaging. How would you know it needs returning without opening the packaging?!?! Totally rediculous! Very unethical company and should be avoided at all cost! Expensive lesson learned.

After reviewing sizing details, ordered x2 bras. But on receipt and just looking at the bras, the look and fit of the bras were no where near the sizing stated. I did not try them on and contacted Cesarias to request return and refund details. I was told that was not part of their policy as I had opened and tried the product. I stated that I had not tried the product as they simply did not look like they would fit at all. I have stated this twice but have received no acknowledgement of this.

I feel they have misled customers totally in selling bras that are not fit for purpose and the sizing is further misleading. The product cup size is a joke!

I am now pursuing a refund via my credit payment provider.

I think new customers need to be aware that you cannot return any bras where the packet has been opened . Clearly you need to try it on to see if it fits ! I ordered what should have been the correct size but it was too small, flimsy and the under band rides up . I had a very curt reply when enquiring about a return and so I’m afraid I am not impressed. New customers need to know the sizes and you cannot try them without opening the packet. I think it would be good for you to rethink your policy . I’m not sure it is in line with consumer rights either , but I can’t be bothered with pursuing it. Very disappointed.

This company is not complying with UK distance selling standards, which allow returns within 14 days. They do not have a shipping or returns policy or address on their website. They do not allow returns if you have opened the shipping bag, even if the bras are not worn, citing hygiene reasons. The sizing is completely off and several sizes too small. This is a scam

If I could give no stars I would! Absolute scammers. Told them I wanted to return the two bra's I bought as I could tell from looking at them that the Medium which is the size they recommended on their website for a 36 D, was not going to go near covering my ample chest! They said as I opened the shipping bag, they wouldn't accept my return. I asked if they were joking as how can you know what is in a parcel that is all white, and doesn't have company branding on it? I order lots of stuff and never have had this ridiculous response to wanting to return items. You need to open the shipping bag to see if there are any return forms in there as lots of companies send those out with the packages. I asked to speak to the manager as I wasn't happy with this response and she bluntly told me "As I told you before, I cannot accept your refund request". So not holding my breath. Wish I had checked reviews before wasting my money with this group of con artists!
