CS not good, stressful experience
Policy price is competitive, but renewal was an awful experience, carried out on a one line email. It took over a week to renew after they cancelled my policy, no apology or explanation. I have now sold my camper, so I logged on the portal as requested and cancelled policy. No email confirmation after 4 days, so I called CETA and no acknowledgement of cancellation. With the poor renewal experience and now the cancellation not even being acknowledged after following your recommended process, I will not be looking for a policy with you in the future. It’s too stressful, this should be a simple task in life
