My wife had surgery experience with Dr Ali Cem. All process was excellent. After surgery interest of all staff so kind.

First of all I would like to thanks Dr.Ali Cem Oktay.I had an operation in çevre hospital. I had breast operation. I am very happy to get operation in this operation. Nurses ismet, Ebru, Şevval, sultan , kevser,nutfiye are graete person they are very helpfull. They are profesional and helpfull. I advice to everybody.

The doctors are great, the administration gives you a lot of care and listen to you, the prices are normal, i definitely recommend

I planned some surgeries, they arrived on the day they didn't perform the ones that were agreed and the director guaranteed you a refund until August 29th and until now no money and I've already sent messages, emails and no response. Very sad about this, don't trust them because no one answers me but nothing about the payment, sad but it's the reality😭

Last week I came to the Ear, Nose and Throat service for ear infection. Everyone, including Samet Coşkun, the Doctor who took my appointment, Ms. Tuğçe (I dont know her last name), Reşit Özkanca, Patient Rights Executive of Cevre Hospital, were so friendly and helpful.

Apart from the great communication pre-visit with – which was obviously done by sales people – the communication during the visit was terrible. Only very few (barely English speaking) translators were sporadically available, the Turkish staff at the hospital is not only hostile towards non-turkish people, but not able to communicate ANY topic in English (they are too dumb to use google translate). The surgeon was great, but the nurses and other staff at the hospital were rude and not trustworthy for a private medical experience.

This Hospital lied repeatedly. Coerced me into much more that I had had said I wanted and then didn't perform parts of the surgery discussed. Left with permanent scars for an op I didn't want and peculiar lumps from poorly performed work on other areas.
Their only interest was money. No patent care whatsoever.

I underwent major plastic surgery with Dr. Duran at Cevre Hospital, and I can confidently say he is an excellent surgeon. The hospital building itself is somewhat old but still fully functional. The staff are very kind and supportive—special thanks to Eleef, Esmet, Hibba, and Hamza for their care. The shift nurses do a good job of attending to patients; however, I did notice frequent smoking among the nursing staff, and unfortunately, the smell sometimes drifted into the room. The hospital’s cleanliness could be improved, and the medical equipment would benefit from modernization. As an international patient, I also appreciated having a gentleman from the Ministry of Health assigned to oversee the details of my care and ensure my safety throughout the process, which gave me additional reassurance.
The hospital meals were included and always delivered on time, day and night, which I appreciated. However, they were overly salty and of average quality, so I found them difficult to eat.Not suitable for hospital patients.

This "hospital" stole approximately $10k US from me. They had my cash and when I was finally seen on morning of surgery, the anesthesiologist decided that I wasn't a candidate for surgery. I was told to leave the hospital. This was in March and they still refuse to refund my money.

When I got back to the US I had a complete workup by my cardiologist and there were no abnormalities observed. Maybe the anesthesiologist just had something that she needed to do during the time slot that I was allotted.

Dr.Samet Cagri Coskun he is a very nice person he helped me and they hostipal are helpful and I was treated well so I really recommend this hospital

I had a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, there was a lot of disorganization and a clear lack of proper communication. The quote I was given before traveling was completely different from what I encountered upon arrival. The work plan they initially shared with me wasn’t followed at all.

They told me I would be undergoing the DHI technique, but during the procedure, I realized without any explanation that they were actually performing the FUE method. No one informed me of this change.

The operation itself, which was supposed to take place on the second day of my stay, kept getting postponed. First it was scheduled for 8 a.m., then pushed to 1 p.m., and finally done around 4 p.m. The whole process felt chaotic and unprofessional.

Post-op care was basically non-existent. No follow-up checks were done, and I never received the head wash that was supposed to be part of the recovery process. The translator—who was supposed to be there to help was missing most of the time, even during the surgery, leaving me unable to ask questions or express concerns.

The consultant who had been in contact with me before the trip? I only saw him once, right before the operation. Afterward, I was handed a kit with products and medications, but no one explained how or when to use them.

To make things worse, I was sent to the airport with visible blood on my head, particularly from the donor area, which was still bleeding. The bandages hadn’t been changed, and I wasn’t given any supplies to care for the wounds or even change the dressings. I tried to contact the clinic, but no one responded. At that point, I realized I was on my own.

I spent over 2,000 euros for this treatment and deeply regret it. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

This place ruined my life! I came for a tummy tuck, and they lied to me from the beginning. They gave me a price before I came, but when I arrived, they quadrupled the price and forced me to pay. I had no choice!

After surgery, I got ZERO care. No hygiene, no professionalism, nothing! The nurses literally told me:
“We haven’t been paid for months. If we don’t take care of you, we don’t care.”
Can you imagine that?!

And when I complained, the manager told me to my face:
“You are in Turkey. We do whatever we want. You are a foreigner, so shut the f* up!”**
Yes, that’s what they said to me after taking all my money.

This clinic is a SCAM. They abuse foreigners, steal your money, and treat you like garbage. I even went to the police, and nothing happened. This place should be SHUT DOWN!

⚠ PLEASE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

Worst dental hospital in the world. I paid around 16,000 usd for implant.
They failed the implant procedure and never give you the refund back. Also told me to bring your lawyer. Worst hospital and service! Never come to them!!

The staffs were rude. I was charged 500 euros for a blood test!!!!! Who does that??
Rang and texted reception multiple times asking for my refund. I was ignored until I had threatened to report them to Health Türkiye.
I also got my teeth whitened, there was literally no difference. I had plaque on my teeth which was intact the reason for the whitening was still there.
Spoke to the staff about it and he said it was part of my teeth. My teeth were literally the same colour. No difference whatsoever.
I had a horrid experience. It’s not worth your money and time

I was having allergy symptoms. I had good care at the hospital. Thank you

Disappointing with results
am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent surgery I underwent at your facility. While I had hoped the procedure would bring some relief or improvement to my condition, I am disappointed to report that I feel no change in my symptoms. What’s more concerning is that there has been no follow-up or communication regarding my recovery

Cevre Hospital's public response to my negative review is nothing short of gaslighting. They thank me for my feedback and list a phone number and email as if I haven’t been calling and messaging them daily for MONTHS with no response.

Let me be crystal clear:
I have repeatedly contacted all the numbers they’ve listed, as well as sent multiple emails to the address they’ve provided. I’ve also tried reaching:

Dr. Ali Cem (Surgeon)
Dr. Duran Cekic (My booked surgeon)

Not one of them has replied to my calls, messages, or emails. Not once.

Cevre Hospital claims “customer satisfaction is their top priority” but their actions tell a very different story. I paid in full for a surgery I was medically unable to have, and was assured a refund would be processed. That was over 4 months ago. Still no refund. Still no contact.

Their public reply is performative at best. Behind closed doors, they continue to ignore me entirely. No accountability. No transparency. No professionalism.

If you're considering surgery with Cevre Hospital, ask yourself:
“What happens if something goes wrong?” Will they stand by you—or ghost you like they’ve ghosted me?

He is a great doctor with some patience. Thanks to him, I was heal.
