Consistently quality photo books
The photo books are always of excellent quality. The program is easier to use on a computer but I create my books on an iPad as my photos are stored there. There are cheaper companies but I use Cewe as I can guarantee a great product. There was one occasion in the past when I needed some customer support and that was also excellent.

Terrible customer service
I have used CEWE so many times and really liked them. However they printed some postcards for me recently that were totally unusable. I sent them photos of them but they wanted me to scribble over every single one (50) before they returned my money. I even ordered 50 more of the same one as the first lot were so useless. This wasn’t enough. Treated very badly for a company I have spent hundreds of pounds on.

Quality of product is excellent.
However, I found the software somewhat difficult to use. It was difficult preventing a photo from being full page if it touched the centre circle shown on the page, and I found it impossible to turn off this feature.
In the past I have made these books in Apple's iPhotos and Photos and found them much easier.
