There are too many dips in printed photos (no black dips on the monitor)

The color reproduction is not bad, but the brightness of the photos is very dark.
My monitor has no dips in dark/black, and there are too many dips in printed photos. The printed photos are very dark.
It is worth adjusting the brightness before printing, as is done in Ukrainian photo centers.
This was my first order.
When preparing further orders, I will take this into account and brighten the image.
During packing, all photos were carefully and thoroughly inspected.
On one photo, a small scratch was found when unpacking: two parallel, narrow light stripes. Peeled off emulsion. They are not very noticeable, but they spoiled the mood.
One of the printed photos had a small crease: a little crumpled. It is almost not visible in the frame, but it can be packed more neatly.

Excellent service

Excellent service; I ordered online, the process was easy, the print quality is fantastic, the delivery time is quicker than stated and the prices are very reasonable.

Great Quality

Great Quality of paper , the delivery was a bit slow but everything great. Just keep in mind if your photos are contrasted they will be slightly darker!

Delayed order and poor communication

Order was set to be delayed, rang to ask why as had not been informed. Was told I’d have order by the end of the week (call was made on a Tuesday). Eventually got a email explaining that order would be delayed and it arrived the following week. Email worded poorly. Staff member I spoke to when I rang was lovely, so more of a logistics and communication issue, photos were as desired.

Wasted time creating photobook that is now"lost"

Spent hours and days creating a 122 photo book, due to arrive at my house 30/08. Was still not received by 04/09. Had to email twice to receive a tracking number, only to be informed by post office that parcel was never handed to them. Customer Service completely ineffective, telling me I should wait a few more days, when I had already told them that the parcel was never handed over. Now they're "looking" for the parcel and it won't arrive in time for the intended purpose. Totally inefficient.

They took forever to send the photo and…

They took forever to send the photo and they kept on changing the delivery date, I have not received it yet.

Ordered 7x5 pictures - wrong size

Ordered 7x5 pictures, they were not 7x5, were too small for all my 7x5 frames.

Disappointing experience, would not recommend
