Funds be held Randsom

As soon i withdrawal my funds all crap happens . They first sent me a message to sevice fees Than they send me Flag fee for large amount Than digital assets fee I paid all that than they decided that i have to pay prepay Taxes I check other sites they do not prepay taxes they telling me its scam for more money but they insisted to pay so my funds now are ransom until pay. and they keep harassing me to pay

I put no memo tag on a transaction and…

I put no memo tag on a transaction and they have an option to sent them a request to help with it , in the end of filling request they say I’ll send u an email confirmation ( im waiting for that confirmation which is never coming ) as well they not giving support on email just saying we have only live chat currently ( live chat doesn’t help with that ) all this platform and can’t deal with some support I don’t know ( I was about to give this a 5 star but support makes all not possible)

This platform is great at finding reasons not to return my money

This platform is great at finding reasons why they can’t return my money. One time they need a full authentication, another time they send an email asking if it was me who did the transfer, another time, they ask their compliance to confirm, and then I receive an email saying my case is accepted when still I can’t get my money back. The good this is when they runout of ideas they start from the beginning. These guys are hiding behind any kind of reply not to allow me get my money back. What a scam, receiving my money was simple not much compliance complication. I hope this will help other be safe from this scam of an app.

My withdraw is pending more then 48hours tron network usdt i didint get email for withdraw and i cant track my transaction they just took my money and transaction is pending i had same withdraw on 12march day before without problem money got in my binance walet in minute now im watting more then 48 hours without answer from live chat or email for the same transaction its just pending for crypto withdraw 48 hours is a lot of time plus the transaction doesnt exist on the blockchain they havent even started the transaction but took my money im kyc verified and all that...

CEX has frozen my account for months…

CEX has frozen my account for months without any valid reason, preventing me from accessing MY OWN funds. Their so-called “security review” is nothing more than an excuse to hold users' money hostage indefinitely.

Customer support is a joke—only automated responses, no real answers, no resolution timeframe, and absolutely no transparency. They keep telling me to “be patient” while my money remains stuck on their platform.

If you value your financial security, stay FAR AWAY from CEX. They operate with zero accountability and can freeze your funds at any moment without explanation. Use a trustworthy exchange instead!

Only after escalating my issues through official channels, legal actions was taken to get my stolen fund back from this thieves. I urge others to keep detailed records and explore all options if ignored. This company unjustly restricts users’ assets. Do not trust them.

THEY ARE ROBBERS, I would definitely give 0 star if…

DON'T USE THIS EXCHANGE.
I would definitely give 0 stars if possible.
They robbed my money. They told me, they delisted tokens and therefore don't give me access to my assets, to withdraw them or even convert to other tokens like USDT or USDC, they just say we can't do things like that!! but they can hold the money and don't give it back to you as the actual owner.
IT IS EXACTLY A ROBBERY, THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT EXCHANGE, DON'T USE THIS EXCHANGE.

Better not use cex.io

I was scammed with a fake mirror site of cexio and I reported it to support from cexio No answer, No help, No way to contact their financial crime department. There is no support whatsoever from cex.io. Better choose another platform to trade, hands away from cex.io

Did some crypto trading for the first…

Did some crypto trading for the first time with AI and did rather well but when it came down to it the person helping me "Daphne King" told me to withdraw all my money immediately. After I agreed and the process started she then informed me that I would have to open a "large withdrawal channel" to complete the withdrawal. I have made several attempts with her walking me through it walking me through it only to not be able to get it set up. Either this company is a bunch of those thief's or just plain stupid either way I hope they get some integrity.

These people are crooks

These people are crooks. See if you can find an address for them. They defrauded me of 8 Bitcoin in 2013, costing me about $800,000 and has been ongoing since then. They sent me some ridiculous compensation worth about 100 euros in an attempt to dodge their responsibilities. I tried to get access to this today and failed. I could not sue them as they had an address in Eastern Europe somewhere and bogus addresses around the globe. Customer service is as slippery as a bag of deals. Use them firm at your peril. By the way, they have always been very active with disinformation. I expect all the 5-star reviews are fake. Trust pilot you need to get your shit together or you will be worthless.

Awful!!!

Impossible to contact support/anti-fraud/compliance if you are not a customer. They are not interested in preventing any scam/fraud activity at all. Intentionally developed such a helpless contact page.

Cex.io won't allow me to transfer my…

Cex.io won't allow me to transfer my money back to a bank card. They, completely unreasonably, are asking for a selfie with a card that expired nearly 5 years ago. Apparently the only other option is for a bank statement from this card (bank statements don't list cards in my experience) showing transactions with cex.io. Again this is impossible as I haven't had any transactions with them in 5 years, I don't have bank statements from 5 years ago and they aren't listed by card. They have my recent passport and another verified card, which they will accept payments from, but won't return my money. They are just hiding behind bogus security rules to try and avoid letting me have my money.
Edit they got it sorted but took 2 weeks, should never have been an issue in the first place and their help was utterly unhelpful.

Beware of This Platform

I am extremely frustrated with sex.io and their shady practices. I initially signed up, completed my verification process, and was approved. Everything seemed fine until I tried to withdraw my funds—suddenly, I was blocked from doing so, even though they had absolutely no issues allowing me to deposit money. How is it that they let you deposit instantly but suddenly put up roadblocks when you want to take your money out? That alone should be a huge red flag.

When I reached out to customer support, I was expecting some kind of real assistance from an actual human being, but instead, I got generic AI-generated responses that didn’t address my concerns at all. They kept repeating the same scripted messages, offering no actual help. It’s clear they don’t care about their users, only about trapping your money.

And then, the most ridiculous part: after being fully verified and already approved, they suddenly demanded that I send a selfie holding my credit card to process the withdrawal. Why would I need to do this AFTER my account was already verified? This is extremely suspicious and feels like nothing more than an excuse to delay or completely deny my withdrawal. No legitimate trading platform would ask for this out of nowhere after already approving my account.

I have urgent financial needs, and this money is crucial, yet I am completely unable to access it. Every time I contact them, they just send another bot response with no real resolution. I’ve asked multiple times for my case to be escalated, but nothing happens. At this point, I feel completelly scammed.

If you’re thinking about using sex.io, STAY AWAY! They will take your money, let you deposit easily, but make withdrawing nearly impossible. Their customer service is terrible, their verification process is completely inconsistent, and they don’t provide any real support when you actually need it. I’m writing this review in the hopes that someone actually looks into my case and helps me withdraw MY OWN MONEY, but based on how this platform operates, I’m not holding my breath.

Can't get money back


The platform is quite basic and not easy to navigate.

The main problem is it's extremely hard to get your money out. Just thought I would try £50 before depositing a large sum. I tried to take it out just to make sure it was possibly. 3 hrs I've been at it trying everything to get verified. After filling in all info, taking pics of my self and uploading docs it still says, can't verify. It took the money very easy. There re far more straightforward exchanges out there. It doesn't need to be that complicated.
I use many exchanges and it's never this hard to get money back out. Just glad I did a trial amount.

Beware! CEX.IO has changed!!

I have been with CEX.IO for some years and was under the impression that they were the best. But up until a few hours ago, I am now questioning their credibility. I recently experienced an email stating that I should reset my email, which I never did. Someone else was trying to log into my account, and part of the email stated to contact support if it wasn't me. which I did! After speaking to a Tyson, who told me that they have disabled all transactions as a part of precaution until the issue is sorted out since they saw different IP addresses in my account which I know nothing about, at the end he reassured me that since the password wasn't changed I could ignore the email.

I asked when my account hold would be lifted, I got no response until almost 21 hrs after from a Krista that stated that my account was moved to compliance, which then came back after stating that I the victim that reached out for help as violated their AML/KYC regulations and that I should withdraw all my money after which my account would be suspended. Something is up with them and this is not the CEX.IO I remember!
