You are right that a review request should not have been sent before your order was confirmed as delivered, and we sincerely apologize for that. This was triggered automatically by our review system, and we are reviewing this process to prevent delayed orders from receiving review requests too early.
Our postal records, including the CN22/postal receipt, confirm that your parcel was processed through the postal service. The order was placed with the economy shipping option selected at checkout, which was available at that time and did not include full end-to-end tracking. Unfortunately, when economy parcels are delayed, they can be very difficult to trace.
Based on customer feedback and similar delivery issues with economy shipping, we have now discontinued that option. Since Sri Lanka Post recently introduced TDS/tracked delivery options, we have moved to these services where available to provide customers with a more reliable delivery experience.
We do not want any customer to feel ignored or misled. If the parcel has still not reached you, we are ready to resolve this with a refund or reshipment.
