The Perfect First Motorcycle Buying Experience
I had an excellent experience purchasing my first motorcycle (SR-R 675), and a huge part of that was thanks to Rikke.
From the very beginning, we exchanged many emails before the purchase, and she was always incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very understanding of some personal difficulties I was dealing with at the time. Every response felt genuine and personal, it never felt like I was just another customer receiving a standard reply. She truly made me feel like she cared about helping me find what I wanted.
On the day I picked up my motorcycle, her kindness continued. While I was outside installing some equipment I had brought with me, she came out and offered me a hot drink because it was a cold day. It was a small gesture, but one that really showed her thoughtfulness. Before I left, she also wished me a safe ride home, which was a perfect ending to a fantastic buying experience.
