I broken parts
I bought an Xbox, Xbox works fine however they sent out a power lead that was broken (snapped plug) and a controller that doesn’t turn on and has a broken analog stick I emailed to ask what they could do about it they asked for customer reference number which I gave and never heard back since

Great service. The safe and secure packaging meant the Xbox One and controller arrived to me in perfect condition. I had a problem with the supplied controller, but Calum and the team were really efficient in getting in touch and sorting this out for me. The console is in perfect working condition and a really good price.

Never, EVER bother to write reviews usually, but wanted to come on here to say what a fantastic experience my husband and I had at the Middlesbrough store last week. First time selling an item at a store of this nature, and also buying an item he has wanted for a long time (selling a PS4 and games, then buying a PS5). Kay and Emma were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was fast and efficient. Literally couldn't recommend them more and we are extremely happy with the product, and the warranty/aftercare given. FIVE STARS *****

My only criticism is that it took about 4 days before I was sent an update to the order but no time frame was given as to when the item should be sent within. Was just a little unsure what was happening.
Other than that the item was very well packaged and exactly as described.
