Wenn man dem Betrieb eine Mail schickt mit Fragen und Feedback bekommt man solange keine Antwort, bis man letztlich eine schlechte Bewertung abgibt. Erst dann wird einem höchst unfreundlich in Du Anrede geschrieben und es wird einem mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht, da man wegen des schlechten Kundenservices eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben hat. Bodenlose Frechheit und Unverschämtheit!!!!
