I found Chadwells in Ollerton very helpful and also
kept me informed how sale was progressing

Myself and my partner were viewing go several properties in the same day. From start to finish our agent, Amy, made the process easy and she was great at answering questions that we had. She always gave us honest opinions and we never felt pressured in any way to like a specific property. She was amazing through the offer process too, very efficient and made sure that we had all the information we needed. She even checked her emails on her day off for us. Thank you Amy!

Twice now, we have expressed an interest in houses on their books. Both times ignored, absolutely NO contact from them at all. When I move I most certainly will NOT be using Chadwells Estate Agents Ollerton

I was meant to purchase a park home from a lovely elderly gentleman and his family . My wife and I are in our thirties and have a baby . We asked the estate agents to check with the park manager if our age and having the baby were ok . They said they had checked this and it was all fine .
They spoke to my wife and told her they would meet both parties at the home to exchange paperwork and get payment done

They did not show to the meet up or return our calls prior to this .

We sent the money to the gentleman and he introduced us to the park home manager , and to her horror she had to tell us that we could not live there due to it being over 50’s only and strictly no children. She said the estate agents had not checked with her about this and only asked about my electric car .
Luckily the gentleman gave me a full refund and it was just lucky that I hadn’t managed to sell my house yet or I’d be homeless .

When discussing this with the estate agent they were very rude over the phone, talking over me and deflecting responsibility , blaming the poor gentleman I was buying it from .
When I asked for the voice recordings of specific incidents they sent me irrelevant ones and conveniently I have to wait until Monday to get the ones I want for evidence ...

They were rude , condescending and arrogant and all round unprofessional. I would avoid them at all costs

I would much prefer to give a big fat Zero but in order to write a review i have to give at least one star. Which may I add they definitely DO NOT DESERVE.
My Dad ‘Sold’ his park home with Chadwells to a lovely couple with a baby.
THIS Estate Agent had APPARENTLY checked all the restrictions at the park and everything was good to go.
My Dad even received the payment off the couple. He then took them to meet the park owners to discuss ground rent etc. Only to be told my Dad Cannot sell his property to them as the park is for residents of 50 years +.
Bare in mind Chadwells had already chased all these answers up and everything was apparently fine with the sale.
My Dad has now refunded the couple and we are going to be selling elsewhere with a company that actually know what they are doing.
Conveniently no one showed up today from Chadwells to sort the sale as they again said they we’re going to.
This company is an absolute JOKE!!!!!
Do yourself a HUGE favour and use anybody else.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kelly was lovely always very helpful and is a credit to the company.

Very poor. Didn't answer or acknowledge phone calls or letters and didn't even tell me who the buyer was, preferring to deal only with my husband from whom I'm separated. This is despite the fact the property is jointly owned and I renovated it. This means that the buyer did not have an opportunity to send his enquiries to the person who knew the property and had to rely on my husband's replies who only visited the house a couple of times in 2 years. I will be complaining to the property ombudsman in due course.
