The product I purchased has still not arrived after a month. I had to chase my order a few weeks back to find they have delivery issues which could have been avoided with a simple message to me as a customer.
I've purchased previously from them with no issue but this is not acceptable.

Awful communication (actually no communication at all). I canceled my order before they even updated their website. Three times I wanted to inform them that i will not be available to get the item but they sent it anyway. Worst experience ever. In fact still could not resolve in the last 3 weeks!!!

I ordered a product that showed it was in stock. After ordering , I was contacted saying it wasn’t in stock but should be in stock in a few days. After multiple delays and broken promises, it was supposed to be shipped out next day air which it wasn’t. It was month and a half wait with poor communication.

Ordered Airhawk seat showing as ‘in-stock’ (off to Arctic Circle). GG took order and then later said couldn’t deliver. Not great, bought ComfortAir seat off Infinity, who always come through. Quick refund off GG though - which is good.

Ordered a Puig touring screen for my VFR800F.
Came very quickly no hassle and perfect easy fit.

Delivery worked fine (within agreed time slot). Product was suitably packaged. There was a delay in the product being dispatched (from Spain) but I put that down to Brexit.

Honest about the delay due to back order but my stuff came in the time they promised and in perfect condition

Absolute joke of a company Ordered a Ktm windscreen a month ago I paid for 48 hr delivery never came 3 days later still nothing rang up answer machine left messages to ring me back nothing eventually got through lots of sorry sir back log the other company fault here next week 3 weeks later we have a clear one if I want that just looks horrible not what I ordered I said no I will wait it will definitely be here next week rang on the 4 week it’s here going out today get it tomorrow it arrived not what I ordered it’s the CLEAR WINDSCREEN that they have one covered in dust old stock that they tried to palm off 3 weeks back I understand delivery from suppliers but these clowns have just lied and palmed me off with crap they tried a few weeks back dishonest company sending old stock after 4 weeks

Excellent experience with this company. Delivery as expected. All perfect, nothing missing. Don’t know about anyone else but all I seem to be doing at the moment is complaining about orders that are wrong/damaged from other companies.
Would use chainspeed again.

Delivery very quick..Unfortunately incorrect ( hand guards ) and not as described ( brackets ) delivered
after this, the response was very poor and had to be chased for 3weeks to get a response reply to various emails and phone calls with no explanation on the issue.
