Really impressed. Fast response, so far everything good.
We haven't had our holiday yet, so cannot vouch for the accuracy of the chalet description, but so far all the impressions are good. Chalets.nl were happy to hold all of the chalets we were interested in, their price for the chalet we wanted was already cheaper than several other sites it was advertised on, and on top of that they managed to secure extra discount for us. They have responded quickly to emails and telephone calls and have sent all documentation though very quickly. So far very impressed!
