Breaks Taken Offline Without Explanation

It seems like the company is making an effort to appear legitimate by running some hockey breaks on YouTube. However, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this business for basketball breaks.

The company sells break spots through Shopify, but in my case, several breaks disappeared from the website after not filling for a long time. When I contacted support, the same products suddenly became visible online again.

The company then stated that refunds would not be possible until the breaks filled, which makes little sense when the products themselves were not publicly accessible on the webshop for an extended period of time.

I monitored one of the Shopify product pages directly and exported the product data:

Created/uploaded in Shopify: 2024-10-05 13:35:34 -07:00
Published/live on site: 2026-05-06 19:56:41 -07:00

My original complaint regarding the missing break was sent on 2026-05-05, which indicates the product was only republished after I contacted them.

I have requested either:

the YouTube videos for the completed breaks,
clarification regarding the missing breaks, or
refunds for my unresolved orders.

If they respond with a plausible cause I will of course update this, but for the moment I can only recommend staying away from these guys.
