Fresh from university and working in London, Christophe formed a close partnership with Alain Thiénot, a respected entrepreneur from Reims who had launched his own Champagne house just a few years earlier. That partnership marked the beginning of our journey. Today, over 36 years later, Champagnes and Châteaux is proud to be one of the UK’s leading specialist wine merchants. We remain a proudly independent, family-owned business with a small, dedicated team of eight wine professionals.
