46539 3500 Watt Generator

In 2017 I purchased a 46539 3500 Watt RV Ready Portable Generator with Wireless Remote Start, from Amazon. It worked well the few times I used it over the years. But recently it stopped being able to generate enough power to even light a bulb let alone 3500 watts of electricity. I contacted customer service via e-mail 3 times over a 3 week period with zero response. I didn't expect the unit to still be under warranty but I did expect an answer to the simple question are parts available to repair this generator. I received no reply's and it has now been 3 weeks. This terrible customer service experience will probably result in the generator ending up in a landfill when it could have been saved with just a little help from the company that sells them ?
