Sent the wrong item

Sent the wrong order and the one they sent was such low quality it's makes me question how good the one I wanted it going to be. Requested they send correct order next day delivery in time for the persons birthday. Will adjust my review depending on how this goes and the quality of the correct order

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a birthday card and paid for extra postage 2/3 day as required card within week. Received confirmation of order but never heard from them again. I emailed them 3 times, phoned and left message twice and texted them twice but never received a reply/response. I didn’t receive the card and had to get a refund through PayPal. Not good service.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

AVOID! Ordered goods for a birthday present, the birthday being 9 days after ordering. Got an e mail confirmation and then have received nothing. E mailed but no reply. Called several times and left message but goes to voice mail. The payment has been taken out of my bank account. They quoted 3-5 days delivery for an address in the UK. This is a SCAM company I believe.

Really quick delivery and the card quality in both card material and print is amazing! Would definitely buy from Champion Prints again!

Really pathetic service all round

Has taken over a week to fulfil an order which I paid extra for quicker delivery on, and then ignored any emails I have sent trying to cancel an order I had made in error.

Pathetic excuse for 'service'
