I have engaged ChanceUpon in my previous company for a 4 months project. I must say I take my hat off to them. That project might take me a year to complete should I use internal resources. However, in the hands of Chanceupon's talents it took less than 4 months to complete. That is unimaginable.

Chanceupon has enabled faster time to market by helping us set up on-demand design teams within days - this process would have taken months with traditional options. Crystal has made every step of the process so seamless that we did not have to spend any unnecessary time on onboarding or training. Even after setting up the on-demand teams, she personally checks with me about the progress of our campaigns and ensures our complete satisfaction.
While most agencies have a cookie-cutter approach to marketing requirements, Crystal came in to actually understand our working processes, digital products, and marketing goals. She has demonstrated an extensive understanding by offering the specialized talent and teams we needed for our design and creative production needs. I’d love to work with her and team in the future.

An experience that encompassed a great deal of learning and trust, responsive and honest communication, and overall a very fulfilling first. It was great working with Chanceupon as a freelancer. Crystal does things with a personal touch - making sure you’re happy (frequent check-ins and updates), negotiating on your behalf for rates (no lowballing here), and manages client expectations and communications well. This is refreshing compared to other agencies who are hands-off and just take a commission off your work. It’s probably their strongest value add for freelancers who’re fairly established and don’t need to work with agencies - this isn’t a fiverr/upwork situation. Also, payment is some of the fastest I’ve every gotten :) Thanks!

I was a freelancer under Chance Upon for around 7 months in 2021 and it was the easiest professional relationship ever. From the start of the project kick-off until delivery, everything was handled very professionally and promptly. Crystal always takes care of her talents; she respects and values our time, making sure all client requests are reasonable, otherwise she would step in to mitigate.
