THATS MEAN they can tell anything even if you provide KYC they can tell you its not right documents as they did to me and refund you 10% less.

I was using their site for the very first time and started a trade of 200k usdt to Btc, and suddenly they put the transaction on hold then, they will ask you for photo ID verification even, if you send your photo id, they ask you for your source of fund and in case you want to cancel the trade so you can cut the hassle. They will charge 10 percent fee from your own money. So I paid 20,000 usdt to them for free . They are the scammers Based out of Hongkong.

AVOID!!! I used Changehero via Swapzone. They show an offer, but then give you substantially less. After waiting for the exchange, the price of the token I was swapping did not increase beyond .4466, yet they gave me the number of tokens that represented .4520. The token NEVER reached this price during the transaction. Don't be fooled!!! Never using them again. To changehero: contact swapzone for ID, I won't deal with you. You guys are changeTHIEVES, not changeHERO.

lost 10% of my deposit
After the exchange sent me to verify the account. I was not warned in advance about any verification or limits. When I refused to go through, they responded by withholding 10% of my deposit. Such amateurism does not meet any of the regulatory and anti-money laundering rules that I am aware of.
They don't answer to the law or to customers and you can lose your money at any time and no one will help you with that.
The rules of their work were invented by them independently and do not meet the requirements of the law. There is no guarantee of safety if you use the services of such a service. you are not protected from such incidents.

They HELD 20 ETH from me for several days.
I tried to do an exchange of 20 ETH through the Coolwallet app. No TOS was disclosed. They took my 20 ETH and stole it. They would not process it and when I contacted support they told me to do KYC. THIS WAS NEVER DISCLOSED BEFORE THE TRANSACTION. I did not want to give a foreign company my ID for fear of identity theft. I told them to just cancel the transaction and give me my 20 ETH back. Then they said they woukd keep 10% of my ETH as a penalty! They are thieves! I protested and now they just kept all of my money!
I am an US Lawyer. If you have been a victim of this company's deceptive and fraudulent practices please contact me at lordlawfirm at gmail dot com as I am planning a class-action lawsuit against this fraudulent company.
I will never use them again.
They are counting on you to not see the TOS and get stuck paying 10% for nothing. I am exposing the TOS here. Everyone should boycott this service even for small exchanges.
UPDATE: So, after several days going back and forth with customer "no service", they finally realized I was an US citizen and said that they didn't serve US citizens (again, this was never disclosed to me before the transaction). So they said because I was a US citizen, they would send me the 20 ETH back and not hold back the 10% fee. Later the next day, I did get 19.99 of my ETH back. Beware, these people are snakes and will try and rip you off. I'm not changing my review because they made it clear, that if I had not been a US Citizen, they would have taken the 10% fee as a penalty.

For a small LTC2BTC transaction the miner fee was choose around 2.3$ (28at/b) when the higher fee was 10sat/b
PS: I already talk on the websitte chat support and provide all the information. Fix the overpaying miner fee because is straight up thuggery to pay with 270% more than the real price. Do not ask me for more information because I'll not provide here any transaction id.

We have looked into the case thoroughly and it appears that you were estimated to receive 0.0003487 BTC and in fact received 0.0003485 BTC. The transaction was created with floating rate which explains this slight difference.
All the fees, including the miner fee, are already included in the final estimation which means that you were shown the amount of funds you get minus fees before proceeding with the trade and agreed to this conditions.
The miner fee changes constantly and is chosen to be sufficient to provide fast payouts to our customers without delays.
