Our aim is to raise awareness of menopause and its impact so everyone has the knowledge and confidence to ask for support when needed and to provide support to others. Resulting in workplaces retaining talent, improving diversity at all levels and increasing team morale and overall job satisfaction. Our specialist menopause training courses include: Workplace Menopause Awareness Menopause for Managers Menopause Awareness for Men Menopause Champions Menopause for New Starters All training can be delivered online, in-house or hybrid and are tailored to suit the diversity within your organisation. This ensures your business receives meaningful and practical training that has an immediate positive impact on your employees, morale and productivity. As a follow up to the training and to ensure you stay on track, we can assist with a business strategy to implement meaningful menopause support, along with 1-2-1 drop-in sessions or running further group sessions. Following the training, we find women feel empowered and are looking to channel their new found confidence into something which will benefit them professionally and personally. This is where our public speaking programme comes in. Our founder Kayley Wilson is an award winning public speaker and a member of the ASC. Our programmes focus on small groups and run as weekly sessions or full day sessions.
