I lost a large amount of money

I lost a large amount of money during an exchange by transfer

I contacted them several times, everything went ok. Three weeks ago (24.01) I contacted them again. I sent the money, a week later (31.01) I realized that the exchange was delayed.

According to the manager, they have problems with the police. When you ping, they say that the request is being processed and they will return with information soon. This communication lasted for two weeks

Yesterday they wrote that the transfer would definitely not go through, but
they do not make refunds in crypto and do not answer questions
