Chapel house Warrington lied to her and me from start to finish. The sales team from top to bottom seem to suffer from memory loss following our conversations. Buyer beware. Will never use this company again go to a reputable company

Bought my second Vitara in December from Warrington Branch. Impressed with the reliability of the brand and the personalised service received. When someone damaged my bumper, Richard was reassuring that he would get it fixed at a decent price. Went straight away to the guys at back and got me a decent quote for their next visit. All sorted few weeks later. Other past dealers not interested once bought car but was impressed with the follow up service received when had this problem. Went the extra mile on my behalf.

I brought a Kia Stonic from Chapelhouse in May 2021. To seal the deal Patrick Campbell (who no longer works there) gave me free MOT’s for life and wrote this on my contract invoice. Every time I take my car for a MOT they argue with me saying he shouldn’t have done this and really I should pay, they make me feel like I’m the bad one and guilty for doing wrong. I’ve been advised that it is part of my contract with the dealership and they should honour it with out hesitation. My MOT is coming up this Tuesday and I’m dreading it. I suffer from anxiety I shouldn’t be made to feel like this. Disgraceful behaviour from a company. I accepted an offer in good faith and have it in writing, so they’re legally and ethically obliged to uphold it. If it happens this time I’m going to the The Motor Ombudsman.

Supposedly looked after by Martin at what we thought was an honest car dealership but has now turned out to be the most dishonest company we have ever dealt with. Quick to take our cash payment but fobbed off time and time again when it comes to reimbursing the £500 overpayment. Still waiting 2 months down the line so now we have to consider reporting them to the appropriate bodies.

Bought a car through ChapelHouse thinking it was a reputable dealer. Within a week of having it problems started. The instrument cluster wasn't working on the vehicle and it had over 2L of extra oil in the engine. This was fixed then once the vehicle was driven again it happened again. There response was to assume I wasn't driving it on long enough journeys, trying to dumb down a female driver. Was messed around for weeks currently going through the ombudsman to try and get a refund for a car that wasn't as described. 5 months on, still at a standstill with it all. ChapelHouse aren't interested, they don't answer calls or emails. Disappointed to say the least, quick enough to take the money. Steer clear. I'm in contact with the motoring ombudsman and now the BBC.
As to your response, you contact me. I've already lost £6500 to your company.

Bought my car from chapel house Warrington , I was impressed by the service they had provided my wife as she bought her car from there
Initially everything went smooth , until I had my first service and found out the warranty I had been sold and provided ment nothing and didn’t exist . The manager sorted the extended warranty out and apologised.
Roll on a few months and I had an issue with a tyre and needed to put the spare on . I so found out that my car neither had a spare / jack or equipment to change it
When I purchased the car the salesman made it clear this would all be present on the sale of the car . Luckily I was home and could sort the issue myself
I contacted chapel house Warrington on 12/8/24 about the issue . The manager once again said “ he would order a spare and jack and changing kit “
After a few weeks I still had heard nothing so call again . To be told Suzuki had non in stock . So they would locate one out of another car or off eBay . I made it clear I was bother if the wheel was new just as long as I had a spare wheel due to up coming trips
It’s now December 4 months on , I’ve had zero communication from them , not an email , phone call nothing , other than the cheek to ring me and try sell me another car
I don’t know what’s happened but the service has gone done the hill . I recommend this garage to so many people for buying a car , or even mots etc due to them being “ honest “ never trying tell you your car needs anything it doesn’t .
But I’ll never buy a car from them again due to this .

BEWARE OF THE CHAPALHOUSE SCAM
We paid for the car reservation £99. we didn’t like the car and asked for refund. After 4 weeks of communication, they didn't pay it back. They seems to cheating with this . So please don’t pay them for reservation. If you pay , Make sure pay through the credit card, at least you can claim back the money.
Worse service and cheating behavior. Attitude is wrong. BEWARE OF THE STEPHEN GLOVER , Manager ChapelHouse Suzuki .
