Dan gargan couldn't do more for us, we came in and enquired with the help of our daughter Anita, we went through everything including a test drive, which was amazing, and also placed an order, albeit it took longer than we thought, but Dan reassured us and kept us informed, we are thrilled to be picking up our new car today and couldn't recommend chapelhouse southport omoda and Jacob enough,they are brilliant, we will be back soon!

1/5 stars - Took my car in for a major issue, paid for repairs, and it's still driving like trash 😒. They didn't even bother fixing the main problem. Money down the drain (over £2K) 😒Wouldn't recommend.

This is my first car and the experience could not have been better. I came to look around 6 weeks ago. Dan showed me around the different vehicles and I settled on the Jaecoo 7. He took the time to go through different finance options with various deposits and mileage allowances. I ordered the car and it came 6 weeks later as promised. Very happy with the car and the service provided by Chapelhouse. I will definitely return for my next vehicle.

Purchaed an MG 4 weeks ago, they agreed to put on the 12 months MOT.
On collection this wasn’t done and the key fob was broken, I was assured by Ray that an MOT would get booked and the key replaced.
I have called every week to get this sorted and still nothing done, happy to take your money but that’s it.
