Thank you Katie and Emily you were both amazing.
We had struggled to sell our house for 6 months and changed the chapters. Katie took amazing pictures and put online and sold in the first day we were delighted.
Both Katie and Emily are very professional and kept us in the loop at all stages and the communication was fantastic.
We will be selling my house this year and will definitely be using Chapters again and recommending to all our friends.

Katie and Beckie have been absolutely outstanding with the sale of our house. The initial meeting and valuation, where we were briefed on how the property would be marketed and what they would undertake to sell our house, left us with a feeling of confidence that we were in the right hands, and indeed we were. Communication was excellent. We were kept up to date regularly via a WhatsApp group, as well as phone calls, which was fabulous. Questions and replies that needed to be relayed between various parties, we’re done so promptly. We have already recommended Chapters to friends, and will continue to do so. Overall the professionalism and support was an utterly wonderful experience, during what is one of the most stressful things to do in life. Thank you doesn’t even come close to expressing our gratitude to them.
