Great Service
I was really please with the process Aled contacted me soon after I had been on HyperVolt's website asking for an installer in the Cardiff area. He was the only one to do a physical survey and a very competitive price. Nice neat install.

Simply the best

Excellent service…
Having got back from an extended stay out of the UK in our van when our home WiFi was off, we returned to find that the Hypervolt charger for our car wouldn’t reconnect when the WiFi was switched back on. I tried to restart but failed. I emailed Aled on a Sunday morning and was really impressed to get a reply within the hour. He suggested various ways to get it connected again and eventually the charger reconnected. Without his help we’d have been in trouble. We’ll done Hypervolt.

I had four quotes to install my EV charger, ChargePoint were competitive and also local. An appointment for the survey was made and my quote arrived the same evening. I chose the HyperVolt charger and paid for the extra two years warranty. The same day as the charger arrived it was neatly installed and tested, no mess, no fuss.
I did have a slight software issue but again, as soon as I asked for help it was instant and speedily rectified.
I would have no hesitation in recommending ChargePoint if asked, my experience was first class, exactly what I had hoped for.
