Didn’t get what I ordered
Didn’t get what I ordered ! However next time they say they will put extra in my NMN as I received a package that was £6 less, blackjack NMN. we shall see what transpires . Not had a problem in nearly two years of ordering

I barely ordered the product and it was delivered the next day. I also note that when I call the team they have clear communication, explain properly and advise solutions. I have been ordering from Charge Products for over a year now and find them very knowledgeable and efficient. Great customer service. Cannot fault it at all. 5 star service!

customer servuce is really Bad
Your customer servuce is really bad, I received nothing yet, the package was returned to your company due to insuficient Customs Paperwork, your Sales team told me it was my fault because I wasn't at home during delivery or because I rejected the Package. He said they would inly refund me the cost of the item , not the postage. Now he doesn't respond to my emails.

your first email, said you were out when they called, we advised you to call the to rearrange delivery, not sure how that is bad customer service ? you said no you will not,pretty sure that was a bad thing not to do, then you hit us with another 5 mails crying that you want a full refund and its not your fault, you will be refunded minus what we paid for international tracked delivery cost. Please don't order from us again. problem solved.
Another seller scamming customers
I bought Monk fruit sugar from this company, Charge-Products-Uk which claims in the advertisement to be 100% pure Monk Fruit, however, when I received it, I discovered that it was a product mixed with Erythritol.
The problem in my opinion is being treated like an idiot by a company that doesn't respect its customers, I spent almost £20 on a fake product.

where does it say 100% monk fruit sugar ?? there is no such thing, no monk fruit sugar is pure monk fruit , they all contain sweeteners , it even gives you the health benefits of Erythritol in the description please read more carefully next time. If you wish for pure monk fruit then you need to buy a powder , and about 4x the money.
