Just bought one absolutely awesome
Just bought one absolutely awesome! I keep it plug-in all day in office. 50% full when I got off. Hope it works like this forever.
But if you unplug and plug it again you will need to run the app again or it won’t stop.
Edit: couple months in apparently it is unreliable, sometimes it won’t stop charge when max sometimes it won’t start when min reached. I have to use my other charger in case it didn’t work. After a while it will work again.

Now I walk the dogs home, plug my iPhone in, and forget about it. Not worried about overcharging.
Agree should be a standard on the iPhone.

Best (and only?) device of its class
Does the job and to my knowledge the only player in this marked (which quite frankly should not exist - the phone itself should be able to turn on/off charging)
The app UX could need some polish. Personally I don't mind the engineer-like UX though.
I have had some issues getting data-traffic to flow through (device from 2019/20), but its not a showstopper (and IIRC was a problem with USB autosuspend?).
The LEDs can be completely turned off, which is a very nice touch if you charge during the night. (minimal fire hazards aside)

PARCEL NOT DELIVERED. TOOK THE MONEY
i ordered 4 units and it has been over 1 month and no sign of the product. instead of checking with the parcel company, Chargie has blamed me for the lost parcel.
and are refusing to refund. they are a scam.
had to raise a credit card dispute to get my money back. stay well clear

I'm sure your package was returned and the money refunded. If otherwise, you should write an email to lab@chargie.org and we'll check what actually happened. We do not want anyone's money unless they're happy with our product.
Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! Maybe the product works maybe it doesn't, at this point I don't care. I ordered 2 family packs costing over $200 and 2 day shipping. The package took 9 days to arrive and did not arrive in time to surprise my kids who were visiting during memorial day. When I let the company know, they did not apologize but instead simply said it was "unintentional". They did not care, nor asked what they could do to remedy the situation. If this how their support is, then I don't want anything to do with them. I am now trying to return them, but they have since stopped responding to me.

The shipping fee covers regular USPS shipping, handling and packaging. 2-day delivery was not guaranteed by any means, since it depends on USPS operations. We can use other faster shipping services if you want, but they'll cost more. Thank you for understanding.
Item could not be seen by the app
Item could not be seen by the app, tried countless times. Not impressed as the contact system on the website isn't working so I can't even complain, I think I've just wasted my money!
