Excellent customer service
I ordered a product from them and when it arrived it was unfortunately a different more expensive product to what I ordered. I contacted customer services and was told that I could keep the more expensive product at no extra charge or it could be returned and the ordered product sent out.
I choose to return the sent item and received the ordered product within a day or so. Excellent customer service and product.

Invisible Under Surface Wireless…
Invisible Under Surface Wireless Charger - from the first day the charging was not great! Stopped after about a minute, after 2 months it doesn’t work at all now. Tried numerous times to contact the company, they never reply!! Stay clear, poor item!!

Love this new little gadget works…
Love this new little gadget works perfectly on my iPhone 16 Pro and I watch 10 and AirPods. You can even charge two phones on it when needed. Fits perfect on my coffee table at the side of the settee. Would definitely recommend this site to friends and family easy to order and delivery was within 2 to 3 days as advised. Really good price also. Ordered White as I think this goes with most of my decor.

The mag charger is fab
The mag charger is fab, wish I’d bought it sooner. I’m not sure if I just didn’t see it written in the description; but I wish I’d know the cable that it comes with is c to c not usb to c as I’d expected but it’s easily solved by using my old one. I was very happy with the speed of delivery.

Response did follow, but went into my junk folder, Chargit communication since has been great, free product received, with new sticky pads on there way.

Hi Janet. Sorry to hear that you are unhappy. iPhones need to be in a MagSafe case if they are to be charged on a MagSafe charger so the magnets do not get blocked and we always recommend using a 20w adapter so the unit receives enough power to fast charge multiple devices. Regards CHARGit
