Inappropriate advertisement that pop up on you tube
I've seen these advertisement pop up when I use youtube. I find them uncomfortable and offensive. I understand that racism in the workplace is a reality. The advertisements though might be misleading for those that are considered as perpertrators. Although when you watch the whole advert it clearly shows how assumptions about a person can lead to misconceptions and that they might be better candidates. It unfortunately do not explicitly call out the racism and it might confirm for those who display such behaviour that there are others like them and reinforce the behaviour.
Unfortunately you cannot shame the shameless. I would recommend you change the advert or take it down.
The one comfort I have is the possibility that it is an AI advert and real actors were not used.
