Customer Service failure

Customer Service failure
As a small charity with limited resources, we negotiated a small reduction in the very high fees commanded by this recruitment agency. We were not at all happy with the candidates put forward and were only able to select 2 for interview. The customer communication and client management was very poor. Due to unforeseen circumstances were had to withdraw the offer we made to the candidate and this process was handled badly. We tried in vain to negotiate a reduction in the fees. Overall, I would not recommend this organization to other charities.
