Avoid these scammers at all costs! Terrible service and extra charges! They charge you 10,00 to take you to the airport and 10,00 to come back. They never gave me a ticket when I paid the 10,00 for them to take me to the airport, and if you don't present this ticket, you have to pay an extra 10,00 on the way back. So add 20,00 to the website booking price! There are more honest companies in Charleroi; avoid these thieves! They don't answer messages or calls. Never again!!

This is complete fraud. We reserved a parking space, but when attempting to cancel the reservation the supplier did not respond to phone calls or emails. An additional fee for cancellation was paid. The phone number is not working and there is no reply. The company’s official contact phone number and email address also do not respond. Avoid transferring money through this website, as there are already many reviews reporting fraud.

Be aware of the poor quality of service at this parking lot, and if something goes wrong with your schedule or flight, you will not receive any sympathy there.

They don't answer the phone when you try to call them.
On the day of my flight I was only on time for my flight because it was delayed. First, I had to wait 20 minutes at the parking gate until the bus arrived and took all the waiting cars to another location. Another 25 minutes passed before there was set available on the bus. The people at the parking are harshly rude and even told me they wouldn't let me on the bus because I told them their service was “bad”.
After the return flight, my husband and myself to spend the night at the airport because the bus did not pick us up after our flight, which landed late at 11:15 p.m. The parking knew the details of our flight, but they simply did not pick us up, and no one answered our phone calls.
At 4:20 a.m., when the first bus arrived, we were not allowed on because we did not have the piece of paper they were supposed to give me on the day I left the car. I believe they did not give me the piece of paper on purpose because of my complaint about their service. We had to walk to the parking in the rain.

Booked via Ryanair with description that its 5-7min transfer with shuttle. No other information given via Ryanair page.
I had the same experience as many described:
Arrival address is at P1, where gate is closed. Then car arrives and waves to follow (bizarre!!). Arrive at remote industrial area, carry luggage in gravel road- no rows labelled, no parking spots numbered, no street lights, no directions how to exit parking. Free shuttle turned out to be "taxi" for 5Eur one direction. This "taxi" is not available 1-4am.

Bad communication beforehand on where the exact parking location is.
You arrive at the gate with lots of other people, without communication to everyone, people drive away because they are supposed to follow someone to another parking location??? all very confusing.
Then you need to pay 5 euro for a green ticket to take the shuttle to the airport?

30/05/2024 23:45 was our pick up time. There was no taxi. We called several times, but couldn't get a taxi so afther 40 minutes of waiting we went walking a long way to our car. Finally, we found an other taxi.
So, don't book this one when you arrive late at the airport
