Complete scam. They managed to get from me 200$ for a service I have never subscribed for. I do not even know how they got my credit card details. Avoid if you can.

Similar to the other negative reviews, we had the same type of experience. The offered to build out an AI telemarketing program for our mitigation and restoration company. They billed us over $30,000 without producing a program that would work. We have been unable to reach them to get our money back. They are a complete scam, do not use this company!

Being charged for the past 8 months and even though my subscription isn't appearing on my account. Tried contacting support but there was no response.

avoid this 'service'
I got charged even if I had already cancelled my plan. I wanted to try the service but the trial is fake. It doesn't work on trial. After cancelling my plan from my account, today I got my bank notification that I got charged THREE times for the same plan. I have contacted support, I will update my review.

this is what the other guy said What it offers is good but the problem is when it comes to paying it is a total scam, I had the trial-free plan, the month passed I didn't use it for two days before I wanted to cancel the plan and it DOESN'T LET ME cancel it, I try to send him a support chat and he tells me that I have bad internet just excuse not to cancel, SWINDLE
I totally agree its a scam says its free makes us sign up and then makes me pay for it
